Hi there! I'm Sam

A simple, happy, ocean lover Mumma.

I have a beautiful baby girl Joey, needy GSP Florence and get to enjoy every day with my Darlin - Ben.

We live in one of the coldest places in Australia...Ballarat, where we are renovating our forever home and spend our weekends exploring the latest cafe's to find the next best coffee.

I'm a bit of a chatter-box and love meeting new people. Combine that with my creativeness and that's where my love for photography came about.

A little background on me and how I became a photographer..

I've always had a strong interest in art and photography since high school which lead me to studying photography at University. It's there I learnt not only how to take a photo but how to really capture a moment and capture it artistically.

Since uni, I have freelanced in many different fields of photography and embarked on some pretty incredible pathways including trips to Bali & Florence to shoot fashion / jewellery campaigns.

Fast forward a few years of freelancing in all different areas, I finally took the leap and courage to take my photography full time. So here I am, finally running my own show and doing what I love everyday!

You'll mainly find me documenting real lives and love bubbles of families and newborns. That's my bread and butter. The real, raw, authentic moments that I get to freeze in time.

You'll also find me and fellow photographer - Danusia Murnane capturing love stories over at TwoDay Weddings. Just thinking about weddings and what we get to create gives me goose bumps, they are just THE BEST! I feel so lucky to be a part of and document every special day.
